The world’s top killer is chronic disease—heart attacks, strokes, cancer or diabetes. However, these questions are more serious than ever now so we must tackle lessons to learn from history. They are not problems that one person can handle properly and with an individual’s freedom comes an enormous personal choice according to which most doctors trust us for the events or story about us. It is essential to build public health policies which encourage the prevention and cure of chronic disease for the population at large. Better public health in poor areas means an improved environment, and this is linked to changes in the behavior of more than two-thirds of the populationon a national basis.

“Understanding the Impact of Chronic Diseases”
Chronic diseases are slow-developing yet severe health outcomes of long duration. Many of these diseases can be avoided because they are primarily based on living conditions-for example, bad eating habits, physical inactivity, consuming tobacco and drinking too much alcohol. Preventing chronic diseases calls for an assortment of solutions. It should focus on the environment and communities serving as a background for many, many such populations. Utilizing community health programs.
This program of community health interventions is designed to raise the health level of a certain number of people, and mainly through various individual, environmental improvements. These initiatives can be information, educational programs or even an administration taking care of the sick; they fight against rates of disease. They campaign with everyone involved in it. They help people to lead larger and healthier lives in every way. For several reasons they are very good at disease prevention:
Health Promotion Awareness

It eventually becomes clear that Community Health Initiatives cannot ignore the question of how to concrete provide payment systems for early detection efforts. And if the care is difficult to organize as remote (in addition expensive but also takes time),then how can we expect people who are all busy with other things until they have a heart attack?
This type of aforementioned program also spreads serious health concepts via health fairs and lectures. It may even be able to prevent you from getting a cold. Health promotion activities of this nature distributed information about: proper diet, regular exercise and early treatment for chronic diseases at small events such as lectures or workshops. Diabetics collectively managed by region might for example suggest methods to regularised your blood sugar level cod you won’t even be conscious of that one simple green postures rotten that downriver mess. Community-Based Approach for Increasing Use of Primary and Preventive Care Services
Another example is attributed to community health initiatives with their own local attempts that devote themselves fully to bridging the gap in time. This they have been able to report by the fourth year, can monitor the life signs of major slug population clusters for high blood pressure, cholesterol and fats which indicate levels on a body fat index point a type!(hopefully) that will become locally guaranteed attitudes toward health.

As health care illustrator for this chapter, we note that discussions Item V and “All those services she goes over have a risk in them that could lead to an epidemic” remark on the need to check up before a cold becomes serious illness. Thus it is starting something which will develop towards early intervention management.
85% of the population lacks social support or because they are by preference in a state of extreme loneliness. When mobility becomes problemmatic most of these people would rather remain at home than go out with friends and family members. Earmark public lands for this use and be consistently promoting these events! When local people can “play on their conscience,” they spend less money on bureaucrats and instead get a stake in promoting health. Moreover, this also acts to limit fiscal resources, because healthcare costs are spread out over a far wider portion of proven earners or those with investment certificates. Finally, it creates a sense of community, where new public spaces will allow people to get to know each other- if not by face then at least in name. From this perspective, collective labor like this is social interaction.

Social determinants such as average family income or the attainments of an educational system will single-handedly affect the living standard resources determined before birth in part that determine health outcomes. When this model prevails, no matter how industriously the people of an area may strive to direct their energies toward reversing by chance any disastrous out comes for those who are poor, community health initiatives are bound to fail. What they need to do is change social inequalities that create an unhealthy lifestyle into something different; cut into people’s lives decisively where it is necessary and offer the means of life–such as fresh food beyond that available at home, medical care at reasonable prices instead only once sick or courses of college-level instruction deserving two years in terms both an internationally recognized diploma and a practical subject included.
This is particularly important for community health projects as well as producing changes in individual behavior. Making the necesssary arrangement such that localy product freshness (at least fresh fruits) is available literally around the corner from where you live. Residential areas must also be split so that the sweeping nearby highway systems do not directly press down. As a consequence of message surrounds–such it’s something people can no longer avoid listening to in their daily lives. Change: Creating a city environment filled with healthy, attractive choices for everyone, instead of letting those Rides-to-Health buses just keep on running hot and cold all the time as usualthe seeems like real progress.
Progress with Projects at the Community Level
Community health workers trained in appropriate technology put people on the right road to changing their life habits so as avoid prediabetes today and diabetes tomorrow. Like the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) that uses education to teach people health habits, then follows them up and reconciles with them after they have returned home for example better eating values which will bear fruit because someone has worked all day on such things but in a different way than before education. The Blue Zones Project is an example of this type of program.
The project has helped to lower rates of chronic disease by creating healthier choices for the community and then getting everybody involved in a program where they are moving around more together. It has also brought people back to one another instead of pulling them apart. To sum up, this project performed community solutions what would not work in any other way: remedies that were not on the shelf a long time ago. Chronic diseases will vanish gradually from our socity in this future era which is on its way.
As for these initiatives, successes dwarf any failures. Problems, though, also exist. For example, it’s difficult to maintain momentum and support; cultural resistance still persists. And there are still disparities in service supply that have not been overcome despite the availability of a complete range through computers or other electronic means. However, as long as public health offices work more closely with policy-makers and community leaders living in their area – all these difficulties will be surmounted.
Finally people have to take responsibility for their own health. Only when this happens will we eliminate time-wasting bureaucracy, find funds for expensive medical treatments and not politically make a political football suffering patients on whom we all live. Community health policy and effective research into the causes of ill health can then indeed go hand in hand for trade is forced to accept it.Only with everyone participating in this way can long-term changes happen at home.
These anti-chronic disease campaigns have countless benefits that money cannot buy. This collection of programs not only provides an excellent opportunity for everyone to live in a more healthful environment and make up-to-the-minute nutritional choices. If these benefits of them can take root to some degree then serious diseases should on the whole become less common and that is in itself a great prize indeed!
